The Music "FLAME"
The origin of the official vigil music is part of the magical story of Heart and Soul Food, and critical part of the collective love energy we're projecting to the world in this vigil. FLAME was written and recorded by Message Mon and Jonathan "Sugarfoot" Moffett in 2001 after the Columbine Massacre and used by the Nicole Brown Foundation to expand the message to All Vicims of violence.
HEART & SOUL was written by Message Mon and his sister Julie, recorded by their siblings The J. Harris Band and dedicated to Nicole and Ron in 1997. The Harris's performed this song and all of the Candlelight vigils from 1997 - 2017
